Overall cucusoft Youtube Mate is a very powerful youtube downloader, player and converter, but some times, as our computer installed many software that may conflict with this software. The result is that Cucusoft can not work ! If it happenly you encounter such problem, you can doing the following steps:
1. Uninstall Cucusoft youtube Mate.
2. Install storm codec player, for more information, click here.
3. Reinstall Cucusoft Youtube Mate , click here to download
If that still does not work, please check if your computer installed other programme that also can play or convert FLV files, if so, please uninstall them.
